I am thinking about creating a website, and I don't want to start from scratch. Luckily, there is a bunch of templates that I can work on.
Free Web Site Templates - FREE! It looks nice and pretty simple. The templates would be a good start if you don't need so many functions but just a website to show features of whatever you want.
Good Layers - More gorgeous and more functions developed. It costs you $45 ~ $50 to get one regular license.
